CRYSTAL TRANSPARENT MARQUEES

Conditions:

• Rates does not includes assembling,set up and dismantling.We can organise it with supplement.
• Transportation fee will be depending on the number of tables and other events needs booked.We will communicate it with you once we have your request.
• Flat surface should be made available for fixation.
• The marquee must be returned in the same good conditon as assembled.  The supplier has the right to charge extra in case of damage caused by the client.
• Rate includes rental of marquee only.  Chairs, tables and any other event needs are to be booked online separately.
• Booking for this service must be made at least 7 days in advance. 
• Your location address and map must be emailed to us by latest 5 days prior to the event.

• All equipment delivered or installed on site, falls under the responsibility of the client. In case of non-acceptance an additional fee for security guards will be charged to the original quoted price, according to the normal market rates.

• The client shall at all times ensure that equipment hired are not neglected, misused, abused or exposed to extreme environmental conditions. Resulting charges for the repair of damaged goods shall be charged to the clients.

• On the day of fixation, your voucher must be produced to the supplier.  
• This product is on request. Once we receive your booking, we shall revert back to you within 24 hours.
• Rates are inclusive of all government taxes.

Cancellation Policy:

- Once a booking is confirmed, the total rates is chargeable in case of booking Cancellation of any installation/delivery of equipment.

Payment:

- Full payment must reach us prior the date of services, once we have received your payment in our account, we will send you the confirmation with the exchange voucher
